THE 60’S. IT IS THE RIGHT AND DUTY OF A JURROR TO VOTE
ACCORDIND TO HIS/HER OWN CONSCIENCE EVEN IF IT RESULTS IN A
HUNG JURY. A JUROR CANNOT BE PUNISHED FOR THEIR VOTE.
JURY NULLIFICATION COULD HELP REPEAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITION. IF YOU GET ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA ASK FOR A TRAIL BY JURY. ALWAYS UTILIZE 4TH AND 5TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS WHILE IN POLICE CONTACT. ARGUE TO THE JURY THAT THE LAW IS UNFAIR, UNJUST, AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL. AN ESTIMATED RISING 50% OF PEOPLE THINK MARIJUANA SHOULD BE LEGAL. YOU ONLY HAVE TO CONVINCE ONE. IF EVERYONE DID THIS THE COURTS WOULD BE FLOODED WITH CASES IT CANNOT WIN.

WHY MARIJUANA?
Legal marijuana has more benefits then afflictions in today’s society. Contrary to prior belief, marijuana is not dangerous. No one has ever died due to over consumption of marijuana. It is less addictive than most other substances. It will not make you go “incurably insane”. Marijuana has many medicinal, industrial, and agricultural benefits. Keeping marijuana illegal encourages the monopoly of a beneficial product to criminal organizations, financing other criminal activities.

HOW CAN I HELP?
The first phase is to create an awareness in the community about the real extent of the power that jurors wield; the next is to supply detailed information directly to the jurors who will actually hear your case. The first phase can be done by calling in to radio talk shows, writing letters to the editor, leafleting, advertising--whatever your time and money will permit. The second is best done by getting friends, family, or fellow fully informed jury activists to show up at the courthouse when your jury is being selected, to hand "True or False?" or other materials to the incoming jury pool--which usually means being there from about 7:30 to 9:00 am.
